Pricing questions
Is Mosey free for restaurants and cafés?
Listing and claiming your business is free, and loyalty is free to run. Mosey charges a commission only on money you take through it, and the only monthly fees are for optional extras such as paid reservation plans and Food Stays.
What commission does Mosey charge on orders?
1.5% on Order Ahead collection orders and 6% on delivery, quoted before VAT on our fee. Delivery apps commonly charge around 30%.
Who pays the booking fee on an order?
The customer. A small booking fee, which scales with the size of the order, is added to what they pay. It does not come out of your takings.
Is VAT included in the commission?

Do I keep my tips?
Yes. Mosey takes no fee on tips, and they are paid to you in full.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time, and there is no set-up fee.
Seen a different rate quoted somewhere? Some older pages, a few of them ours, carry rates we no longer charge. Every figure here is generated from the code that takes the payment, so these are the ones that apply. Ireland only for now.
