Whatever the occasion, the order goes to the place in the same way, and the place answers in the same way.
Order once
Choose a place, a day and a head count. The place sends a price, you accept it, and the company pays.
The same order every week
Set up a regular order with one place. Each date becomes an ordinary order, public holidays are skipped, and you pay for each one as it comes.
Let everyone choose
Share a link. Each person picks their meal and says what they cannot eat. The place gets one order with every meal labelled by name.
Pay the way your company pays
The company, not the person who ordered, is the customer. Nobody puts lunch on their own card.
Company card
Save one card for the company. It is only charged when someone presses pay on an order.
Invoice on terms
Where we can offer it, pay by bank transfer on an invoice, once we have agreed terms with your company. The place is paid when the invoice is.
One statement a month
Every payment across every place in one document, with Mosey's fee on its own line. Your accounts team can take the same figures as a spreadsheet.

Approvals
Hold orders over an amount, over a budget or from particular people. The approver decides from the email in one press.
Cost centres and offices
Every order carries the office it goes to and the cost centre it belongs to, so the numbers land where finance expects them.
The right access for each person
Admins, finance, approvers and people who order. Each sees what their job needs and nothing more.
Everyone's food, labelled
When people choose their own meals, their allergens and notes travel with the order. The place prints a sheet or sticker labels, so each meal reaches the right person.
Allergen information comes from the place. Check with them before ordering.
What it costs
A company order costs exactly what any catering order on Mosey costs. There is no subscription and no set-up fee.
Places pay
3%
of what you order, taken from the place's side.
You pay a booking fee of
3%
of the order, and never more than €120.
Staff gifts and event tickets: a service fee of
3%
of the voucher or ticket total, paid by the company on top of the flat processing fee. The place never pays it.
