Delete your Mosey account

1. Open the Mosey app and sign in. You may be asked to sign in again before you delete.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen, then Settings.
3. Under Your data, tap Delete account, then Delete.

Your account closes straight away and is deleted for good after 14 days. Sign back in before then if you change your mind. If you have an upcoming booking or a paid ticket you have not used, the app asks you to sort it out first.

Ask us to delete your account. Use the email address on your Mosey account: we send a link to it to confirm the account is yours, and we delete the account within one month of you confirming.

You can also email info@moseyfoodfinder.com from that address.

You don't have to close your account to remove something. In the app you can delete a rating, a Mosey List, a drop or a message, take places off your saved list, remove your profile photo or a saved card, and unfollow people or remove your followers.

For anything else, ask us to delete it and tell us what. We send a link to your email to confirm the request is yours, and we reply within one month.

Ask us to delete some of my data

• Your profile, your sign-in and your settings.
• Your ratings, comments and likes.
• Your Mosey Lists, the people and places you follow, and your saved places.
• Your loyalty cards and points, and any gift voucher balance you have not spent.
• Your notifications and your search history.

• Orders and payments stay with the place you bought from as its sales record, with your name and contact details taken off. The law requires that record to be kept for six years.
• Gift vouchers you sent to someone else stay with them.
