How the sums work
Yearly sales are your orders a week times your average order, times 52 weeks. Each platform's commission is that figure times its rate.
Both sides are compared before VAT. VAT on a platform's fee applies to delivery apps and to Mosey alike, and a VAT-registered business reclaims it, so leaving it out keeps the difference honest. Mosey's fee carries VAT at 23%.
Customers pay a small booking fee on a Mosey order, shown to them before they pay. It is theirs, not yours, so it is not in your cost.
Mosey Delivery uses your own drivers, or drivers shared with businesses near you. If you use a courier, add what they charge per drop to your own costs.

What does Mosey charge on delivery and collection orders?

Do I have to leave the delivery apps to use Mosey?
No. Plenty of businesses keep an app for reach and move their regulars to Mosey, where every order costs far less. The calculator works the same way: put in only the orders you would move.
Who delivers Mosey orders?
Your own drivers, or a pool of drivers you share with businesses near you. Mosey does not run a courier fleet, which is why the commission is a fraction of an app's.
Is the customer charged more on Mosey?

Does the calculator include VAT?
