How to earn and redeem loyalty rewards on Mosey
Mosey · 23 October 2026 · 3 min read

To earn loyalty rewards on Mosey, join a place's programme, then pay with Mosey Pay or complete an order through Mosey, and your visit is counted automatically. Open Loyalty to see your progress, your rewards and the programmes near you. When you earn a reward, redeem it in person at the counter: staff enter a 4-digit code or scan your reward, and it is marked redeemed.
How do you join a programme?
Open Loyalty from Home or the You menu. The page has pills for Nearest, Most popular, My programmes and Memberships, with search boxes for programmes and memberships. Tap a programme and choose Join. You can also join from a place's page or on the spot with Mosey Tap; see using Mosey Tap. The app confirms that you joined.
If a place has more than one programme, the app may ask you to choose which one a purchase should count towards. A card at the top of the page, Choose a loyalty programme, appears when a recent purchase could earn loyalty but needs you to pick.
How do visits get counted?
When you pay with Mosey Pay at a place with a programme, or finish an order through Mosey, the visit is counted. The page says it directly: pay with Mosey Pay at a place with a loyalty programme and you start earning straight away. Staff can add a visit for you if you paid another way. Some programmes reward spend and others reward visits, and your progress shows how close you are.
Where do you see your rewards?
On the Loyalty page: Available rewards lists what you have earned and can use, My programmes lists the programmes you have joined, and Past rewards lists what you used or what expired. Each reward shows what it is, such as a free item, a percentage off or an amount off, and when it expires. A reward may show Expires today, Expires tomorrow or Expires in a number of days.
How do you redeem a reward?
Rewards are used in person at the counter. Open the reward and tap Redeem now. The screen asks for the 4-digit code from staff, or shows a code staff can scan. Enter the code and tap Redeem, and the app confirms that your reward has been redeemed. Ask staff for the code if you do not have it.
If something goes wrong, the app tells you what: Check the code, Wrong code, Too many attempts (wait a few minutes), Reward expired, Already redeemed or You're offline.
What is the Mosey Card?
It is your digital card for paying and earning at Mosey places. You set it up by adding a card, and then scan the QR at the till, or say your code. Every Mosey Pay payment counts as a loyalty visit, and rewards stack automatically at places with a programme. See paying with Mosey Pay.
Do vouchers and memberships earn loyalty?
Spending a voucher counts as a visit, as the voucher screen explains. Buying one does not. Memberships have their own perks, which you redeem from the membership.
Can you share a reward?
You can share a reward you earned with a friend, if the share button is shown. Check the terms on the reward.
